”Silence talks” –mindful walks in Fiskars
The incredibly beautiful nature and the unique setting invite You to enjoy the experience of the connection with your inner presence and the nature! This 1,5 hour walking tour, a mini retreat allows you to awake the senses and make silent observations of yourself and the surroundings. There are also other nature tours in Fiskars but during this one we concentrate more onto ourselves. With combining the nature and mindfulness we notice our own inner voice – perhaps for the first time ever!

Mini retreat essentials
ON REQUEST for individuals and small groups, 10 persons at the most, flexibly according to the attendees´ timetable. Binding reservations latest 3 workdays earlier. Don´t hesitate to ask possibility for ”quick departs” also!
The price for 1-3 persons: €75/person and 4-10 persons: €50/person. The fare includes 24% VAT. Cash payment when the tour starts. Please reserve the exact amount for payment

Meeting point: We´ll start our tour from Fiskarsintie 366 (in the map the previous street nbr 30), in front of the Old Barracks close to Meijerikuja.
Contents: After a short introduction we will continue to the nature path nearby. We will walk slowly, mainly in silence and will return back to where we left from. Afterwards it´s possible to share and discuss the experience of mindfulness if you wish so. Energized you can go on with your day enjoying more of the inspiring Fiskars.
Equipment: The landscape is quite easy to go with the exception of the beginning which is a steep rise. Take with you clothes and shoes suitable for walking in woods according to the weather. A water bottle and a sun hat in summer might also be good to have.
